The heroes of the early 1990s Seattle scene are fading into obscurity and, sadly, dying. Back in 1992, Mark Bussanich and I were both huge Alice In Chains fans. I was looking forward to hearing Alice In Chains grow old and succomb to their electric blues influences, but I was disappointed when they broke up a few years ago.
Until the day when I finally shuffle off this mortal coil, my somber moments will be accompanied by the “Jar Of Flies” EP — perfect for contemplative, rainy Sunday mornings.
Too bad…
