The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas has confirmed that the Pet Shop Boys are set to perform on Halloween Night which is Sunday, October 31st, 1999! Tickets will go on sale soon and will cost $35 per person in advance or $40 per person the day of the concert. It is standing room only and the venue (called “The Joint”) holds a maximum of 1,400 people.
